Hey, I haven't really started your script, sorry -- well, I did read up until he enters the room. What with all this hustling about the house trying to get it ready for selling (goes on the market today) I haven't done much of anything but clean some stuff up, pack other stuff, and throw other stuff away.
I would advise against the lawn care business.. but that is from my own meager experience with maintaining the integrity of Greg's landscape.
